Job Descriptions

- Drive sales and promote 2W Electric Vehicles

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, showcasing the benefits of our electric vehicles, and achieving sales targets

- Position requires a passion for electric mobility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment

Responsibilities

- Proactively approach potential customers and create interest in our electric two-wheelers

- Demonstrate and effectively communicate the features and benefits of EV - Identify customer needs and close deals

- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Prepare reports for Sales and compile all the data

- Handle dealership

- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention

- Provide exceptional customer service by coordinating with the Service team and promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional manner

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.

- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Preferred qualifications:

Masters - MBA/ PGDM & Engineering Background (preferable)
